WHM Travel Experience
This week is a magical opportunity to dive deep inside and explore your tremendous potential as a human being and the vastness of your psyche. We will deeply connect together, venture into the cold in different environments and learn what it has to teach us. Using the breath we will be able to access different states of consciousness, dive into our subconscious, and learn how to navigate between states of stress and relaxation, and how to stay centered in the face of immediate difficulties. Working with body & mind, the cold & breathing, together we will dive deep inside and tap into our innate and primal resilience and intrinsic wisdom. During this week we will tribe-up together and co-create a safe, exciting and open social sanctuary with which we will flow, play and go on adventure into nature, and work with the elements! Believing that you have all that you need inside yourself, every part of you is welcome. Come as you are! You know the way.
In this week you will delve deeper into the Method; practice with the cold extensively, expand your breathing techniques as well as your commitment. This extended experience is a great way to clear your mind of any clutter, get a fresh perspective on life and to just let go.
Who is this week for?
This week is designed for practitioners who want to deepen their practice and get out of their comfort zone.
Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.

We advise to eat light, if at all, before the workshop.

Meals will be prepared by an on-site chef, and are all included in the price. Vegan meals available!
