In this Journey we will dive deep in the WHM and have the opportunity to witness an Andean Glacier, with a possible climb. This includes everything except arrival at Quito, where we meet. From that moment, a life changing experience starts to take place, an absolute doorway to the heart and the soul. *NOTE* Program may change in schedule and times due to weather and nature conditions, so we might do a few changes in times during the program. En este viaje nos sumergiremos profundamente en el WHM y tendremos la oportunidad de presenciar un glaciar andino, con una posible subida. Esto incluye todo excepto la llegada a Quito, donde nos encontramos. In this week you will delve deeper into the Method; practice with the cold extensively, expand your breathing techniques as well as your commitment. This extended experience is a great way to clear your mind of any clutter, get a fresh perspective on life and to just let go.

Who is this week for?

This week is designed for practitioners who want to deepen their practice and get out of their comfort zone. 


Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.

Please make sure that you show your order number on arrival, either on a print-out or via your phone.

We advise to eat light, if at all, before the workshop.

1 - 27 Feb



5:00 pm

We leave Quito towards Cayambe Coca, to the Refugio (shelter house), safe house near the glacier. Salimos de Quito al Cayambe Coca, al refugio junto al glaciar.

8:00 pm

We accommodate in the Refugio (shelter house), share some food, have a fire ceremony to start the journey and go to sleep. Nos acomodamos en el refugio, compartimos alimento, tenemos una ceremonia de fuego para iniciar el viaje y a dormir.

2 - 28 Feb



7:00 am

Wake up + Intro WHM + Breathing exercises and altitude adaptation.. Desperta + Intro MWH + Ejercicios de respiración y adaptación a la altura.

9:30 am

breakfast. Desayuno.

10:30 am

Hike to a glacier lagoon. Camino a una laguna glaciar.

11:15 am

Water immersion in glacier lagoon + lunch. Inmersión en agua en laguna glaciar más almuerzo.

1:00 pm

Hike from lagoon to one of the most iconic glacier faces. Camino de la laguna a una de las caras mas icónicas del glaciar.

3:00 pm

Arrival to the glacier face. Llegada a la cara del glaciar.

4:00 pm

Return to the Refugio (shelter house).

6:30 pm

Dinner at the Refugio (shelter house).

8:00 pm

One hour WHM lecture + breathing exercises. Presentación del MWH de una hora + ejercicios de respiración.

Sleep time. Hora de dormir.

Wake up + Breathing exercises. Despertar + Ejercicios de respiración.

Breakfast. Desayuno.

10:00 am

Hike to famous Glaciar Hermoso. Camino al famoso Glaciar hermoso.

10:40 am

Arrival to Glaciar hermoso. Learn Ice climbing skills with some of the best certified mountain guides in the Andes. Llegada al Glaciar Hermoso. Escuela de glaciar con unos de los mejores guías de montaña de los Andes.

12:30 pm

Active rest with Lunch at the glacier. Pausa activa con almuerzo en el glaciar.

1:30 pm

Continue with glacier school. Knowledge, skills and experience for safe and enjoyable Ice climbing. Continuamos con escuela de glaciar. Sabiduría, habilidades y experiencia para una segura y disfrutaba escalada en hielo.

3:30 pm

Return to the Refugio (shelter house). Retorno al refugio.

4:15 pm

Arrival at the Refugio (shelter house). Llegada al refugio.

6:00 pm

Dinner + sharing talking circle about WHM and Ice climbing insights. Cena + compartir y circulo de palabra sobre el MWH y escalada en hielo.

8:30 pm

Breathing exercises. Ejercicios de respiración.

10:00 pm

Wake up. Meditation + Breathing exercises. Despertar. Meditación + ejercicios de Respiración.

Breakfast. Desayuno.

Yoga and stretching exercises + relax time. Yoga y estiramientos + tiempo de relax..

Lunch. Almuerzo.

2:30 pm

Getting all gear ready for the attempt of volcano summit (5790m). Preparación de equipos para intento a cumbre (5790msnm).

5:00 pm

Breathing exercises + dinner. Ejercicios de Respiración + cena.

6:00 pm

Rest and sleep. Recovery for the Summit attempt. Descansar y dormir. Recuperación para el intento a cima.

Wake up + warm drink and gear on. Despertar + bebida caliente + indumentaria.

5 - 2 Mar

Start of Summit attempt. Comienzo de intento a cumbre.

Receive sunrise near the summit + snack. Recibir amanecer cerca a la cumbre + snack.

6:00 - 7:00 am

Arrival at summit Cayambe Volcano (5790m). Llegada a la cima Volcán Cayambe (5790msnm).

8:00 am

Descent for the summit. Descenso de la cumbre.

10:00 am

Snacks + good Hydration. Snack + buena hidratación.

1:00 pm

Estimated arrival at the Refugio (shelter house) + lunch. Llegada estimada al refugio + almuerzo.

2:00 pm

Rest. Descanso.

4:00 pm

Leave Refugio (Shelter house) towards Cayambe Coca town. Salimos del refugio al pueblo Cayambe Coca.

5:30 pm

Arrival in town, install in the hotel + welcome and closure ceremony with Andean music iconic group. Llegada al pueblo, instalada en el hotel. + ceremonia de bienvenida y cierre con grupo de Musica icónico de los andes.

8:00 - 10:00 pm

Explore town, local culture and gastronomy. Exploración del pueblo, la cultura y gastronomia.

6 - 3 Mar



7:30 am

Wake up + breakfast and enjoy the local culture and territory. Despertar + desayuno y disfrutar la cultura local y el territorio.

2:00 pm

Return to Quito. Regreso a Quito.

4:00 pm
