Before finding WHM I was suffering from etremely high anxiety levels. Due to a combination of working in a highly stressful environment and different personal circumstanses I had lost my drive, my sleep was terrrible and my energy levels were extremely low. I had became unable to focus at work and my personal life was suffering as a result. Stress had completely taken over my life and I felt completely burnt out all of the time.
Within days of adding WHM to my morning routine, I began to feel positive effects, my energy levels increased and my stress levels started to go down. With continued consistent ptactice I noticed I was finding it much easier to focus, had increased mental clarity and I started to sleep easier, deeper and for longer. I I became a much happier and appreciative person.
Now, I am completely free of the anxiety that I was once prescribed medication for. I have stopped smoking, I have faster recovery in the gym, I have became much more productive in my work life and I feel a greater connection to both myself and others. All aspects of my life have greatly imroved after implementing this powerful tool into my daily life and I became an instructor to share the method with others so they may get the same wonderful benefits that I have.
