Apart from open courses for adults, I have been sharing WHM with kids, teenagers and addicts.
WHM, since my first practice in 2015, helped me in many ways: to deal with stress, to build discipline and self-belief, to overcome my fears. Thanks to the breathing techniques and breath retention I have discovered one of the best states of calmness.
