Griffin's search for a quieter mind and healthier body led him to the Wim Hof Method through a chance meeting at a local cold plunge. The method has helped him greatly reduce anxiety on a daily basis. The breathing techniques and cold immersion have led him to be more productive, balanced, and have a better, more positive outlook on life. Learning that the mind had been holding him back, he is pushing the perceived limits in life, and letting go of the things that do not serve him. Through his experience as a personal trainer & coach and his music production, he loves to share the method with others, giving them the same opportunity to grow as he has.
