First and foremost I want to help people live a happy and healthy life.  Having felt immense benefits from doing the programme personally I have a huge desire to share this wonderful gift with other people. I am now in the very fortunate position of only having to do things I really believe in and this is such a life-changing process for so many people, including myself that it has become my central life interest.
Prior to 'retiring' I taught for 15 years as a senior lecturer in the Department of Sports at the University of Central Lancashire delivering a range of modules in sports ,health and exercise and sports neuro linguistic programming.I also have qualifications and teaching experience as a fitness tester and counselor and instructor in health related fitness and was a staff tutor for the National Coaching Foundation program delivering modules in psychology related to sport. If you want to improve your health  ,sports performance or just be the 'best version' of yourself I will help you to achieve your aims.
