Our refund policies differ based on the type of product or event you purchase. Here’s an overview:
Digital Products and Online Courses: Our online video courses and other digital products come with a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund, excluding transaction costs, within these 14 days. After the 14-day period, purchases become non-refundable. Please note that the Online Instructor Video Course is an exception and is non-refundable from the start, with no 14-day trial period.
Wim Hof Activities and Events: For activities and events directly involving Wim Hof, as well as for in-person Academy Modules, we offer a 50% refund if requested up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days of the event, refunds are not available. However, we do allow for name transfers within this 30-day period upon written notice, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the event.
Wim Hof Method Workshops by External Instructors: For workshops led by Wim Hof Method instructors who are external to the company, refunds are generally not available unless the instructor offers one. The contract for these workshops is between you and the instructor, and the 10% service fee paid to the Wim Hof Method organization is non-refundable.
Processing Refunds:
To request a refund for our online video courses, digital products, or activities with Wim Hof, please contact our customer support team through thedesignated contact methods available on our website. For activities led by an external Wim Hof Method instructor, please contact the instructor directly via the contact form on their activity page or in the booking confirmation. Refunds will be processed promptly and will be net of transaction costs, which are charged by the external payment processor. Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment.
