I have been practicing the Wim Hof Method for over four years. My first introduction to the method was listening to Wim speaking on the Joe Rogan Podcast. I live directly beside the Irish sea which reaches 6°C in the Winter and hearing about the benefits of cold exposure encouraged me to take the plunge for the first time. My life has never been the same since.

Cold Exposure, Breathwork, and Meditation are now core pillars of my lifestyle. I have noticed profound improvements in my sleep, athletic performance and business performance since I started practicing the method. 

In October 2023, I travelled to Morillo de Tou in the Pyrenees Mountains where I spent a week training in cold exposure, breathing and mindset at the Wim Hof Method Base Camp. I am motivated to coach people the method, teach them the science and help them to integrate the three pillars into their lifestyle!
