I'm proud to say I am the first in WA to become a certified Wim Hof Method instructor in 2019.  I also own a Yoga Studio in Busselton and have been teaching yoga since 1996. Before that I completed a Bachelor of Psychology at UWA.

 I aim to live with youthful vitality until 2071 (100 years) and I think the Wim Hof Method will help me get there big time!

 My workshops are informative, experiential and FUN. You will learn how to safely use the WHM in your life to reach your optimal mental and physical health. You will breath deeper than you've ever breathed and you will have a challenging 2 minute ice bath.  The workshops are always filled with the best like-minded, brave and awesome people, which is always a bonus!
