John Paul has been involved in athletics and coaching at the high school level for the last 22yrs and has had great succes in coaching both football and track and field.

He recieved his level 1 WHM instructorship in 2019 and is very passionate about spreading the message of the Wim Hof Method.

John Paul has been an avid practioner of the Method for the last 6 years, with specialized training in Nature. He cold trains regularly, hiking mountains "Wim Hof style" and plunging in glacial lakes and rivers in the wild Alaskan Wilderness all throughout the year.
