I've been practicing the WHM for the past 3 years. I previously worked in the film industry and during COVID I, like many others, felt disconnected to the world. I found the WHM was so beneficial for my anxiety and depression. It not only helped me in these areas, but it completely changed my mindset to challenge myself more and to continue on the path of growth. I feel more connected to my mind, body, and my fellow beings because of this method. I am so grateful and excited to share it with others. 

This is what I'll be bringing to those interested in the WHM, I want to help them become more evolved people than they were before they started. I want them to feel the power that resides from within. And most of all, I want them to feel the connection that the method has to offer.
