Since childhood we are naturally active and open, looking for new challenges in life, seeking happiness and good health.
Finding a connection with yourself, influencing your immune system, body temperature, regulating stress and energy levels by will. This has all been shown to be possible using the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method.
During a workshop you will be guided into your own feelings.
How to stay present when you have to deal with difficult situation or fear without suppressing or running away from it.
In your own body you have all the answers.
I would like to share my experience and give you the best possible start with the Wim Hof Method how to connect to your innerself.

My Yourney
Over time I was stressed, more often frustrated, inpatient and nervous. I couldn`t control my emotions in many situations. In those moments I didn't know how to escape.
Instead of trying to leave I found an easy way to recover where I started to train using simple tools such as cold, breathing techniques and mindset.
After now over two years of practicing a Wim Hof Method I noticed that I don't need to change anything and still be happy, healthy and strong, be present with all belowed people around me.
In this way I want to share with you my experience and give further what was shared with me.
About Me
Born in the Lithiania, speaking German, English, Lithuanian and Russian.
Currently living in Heidelberg with my wife and two children.
