What got me into the WHM? I felt stuck in Life, I was focused on my Rotary (helicopter pilot) training. All I wanted to do was work on the oil rigs. Then Covid happened... I got locked down in a 5-bed wooden cabin with no central heating just a wood stove for 2.5 years on my own. I only planned to be there for 6months to finish my commercial license... long story short I started taking cold showers.  My friend then told me about the iceman... So I thought I'd give a workshop ago.  I went to France the ice was fine but the Breathwork triggered me to do some work... I ended up on a journey to realize and release a lot of deep trauma that I thought I had control over. Since the WHM I can honestly say that I've become a lot more happier and social. I look forward to holding a safe space for you on your journey of becoming healthier,  happier & stronger.
