Hello,

My name is Silvana and I am from Böblingen close to Stuttgart but also have a residence at the beautiful Ammersee close to Munic.

I can still very well remember my first ice bath four years ago. Well prepared through breathing exercises and slowly getting my hands and feet used to cold mountain water, I was able to spend 5 minutes in 6 degrees cold water without any problems - I was thrilled!

Since then I have integrated breathing exercises, cold showers and ice baths into my everyday life, read many books about the effects of breathing, oxygen and cold, and completed trainings like the Wim Hof ​​Method instructor.

For me, ice bathing is like meditation - just me, the water and the cold - your head becomes clear, you become very calm and relaxed. The stress level is reduced, you have more energy and the immune system is strengthened!

I love nature and I am convinced that the connection to nature and its elements is an important resource that helps us to stay healthy, happy and strong.

Because of the many health benefits that the method offers, I would like to inspire many more people and teach them the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing – Cold Exposure – Mind Set.

mein Name ist Silvana und ich komme aus Böblingen bei Stuttgart, habe aber auch einen Wohnsitz am schönen Ammersee bei München.

Ich kann mich noch sehr gut an mein erstes Eisbad vor vier Jahren erinnern. Gut vorbereitet durch Atemübungen und langsames gewöhnen der Hände und Füße an kaltes Gebirgswasser, konnte ich bereits 5 Minuten in 6 Grad kaltem Wasser ohne Probleme verweilen – ich war begeistert! Seitdem habe ich Atemübungen, kaltes Duschen und Eisbäder in meinen Alltag integriert, viele Bücher über die Wirkung von Atmung, Sauerstoff und Kälte gelesen und  Ausbildungen absolviert, u.a. als Wim Hof Method Instruktorin.

Für mich ist Eisbaden wie Meditation – nur ich, das Wasser und die Kälte – der Kopf wird frei, man wird ganz ruhig und entspannt. Der Stresslevel wird reduziert, man hat mehr Energie und das Immunsystem ist gestärkt!

Ich liebe die Natur und bin davon überzeugt, dass die Verbindung zur Natur und zu ihren Elementen eine wichtige Ressource ist, die uns Menschen hilft glücklich, gesund und vital zu bleiben.

Aufgrund der vielen gesundheitlichen Vorteile, die die Methode bietet, möchte ich noch viel mehr Menschen begeistern und ihnen die 3 Säulen der Wim Hof ​​Methode näherbringen und sie dabei unterstützen glücklich, gesund und vital zu bleiben!
