From a life spent in close proximity to the Atlantic ocean and the majestic mountains of the western cape, I've filled my days with outdoor pursuits from surfing to rock climbing to mountain biking. After finding and falling in love with the WHM I have found a deeper and more spiritual connection to nature, to others and to myself. My excitement, energy and passion for the method are all among that which I wish to pass on to any potential future participants. Let's breath deep, take a dip and share the love. X
