Hi, I'm Ted Jackson.

 A long, long time ago, I was a 25 year old, alcoholic, addict, smoker who was idle and a truly loathsome individual. A useless husband and a terrible father. I was hardly living the dream. 

 Fast forward 26 sober years since and life has changed. And boy has it changed..! Now I'm a Teacher and Mentor, Extreme Event addict, Fundraiser Extraordinaire and, fabulous husband!

My notable achievements since my renaissance include singing to thousands as Principal Tenor with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra Cycling the entire Tour de France in 2006, completing Ironman UK in under 17 hours, Completing the North Pole Marathon twice, appearing on TV,  completing the Marathon Des Sables twice (250km race through the Sahara desert) and a particular high point for me was completing 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days in the first ever World Marathon Challenge. I also recently rowed across the Atlantic Ocean for the second time  

I have raised over £200,000 for Overcoming MS, a small charity which has had a big impact on my life since Sophie, my long-suffering wife and childhood sweetheart, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2009. 
 

I now coach people to help transform their own lives and I organise adventures around the globe from Antarctica to the North Pole and The Wim Hof Method is at the heart of everything I do.
