Vacancy for Academy Support Manager [full time]

Role
As the Academy Support Manager you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Wim Hof Method Academy, ensuring smooth communication between instructors, students, and staff, while also maintaining administrative systems. You will will co-organize Academy events, manage digital platforms, and support communication with Instructors and Students and monitor compliance with branding and communication guidelines. The role is pivotal in supporting both online and offline activities of the Academy, and ensuring an informative experience for all involved.
Responsibilities
- Support & Ticketing: Handle and manage support queries and ticketing for the Academy, providing prompt solutions for students, instructors, and other stakeholders.
- Event Co-Organization: Co-organize and assist in the execution of both online and offline Academy events, including but not limited to training sessions.
- Instructor & Student Administration: Maintain and optimize administrative processes for instructors and students, ensuring efficient communication and record-keeping.
- Email Monitoring & Admin: Oversee the administration of automatic email systems, ensuring timely delivery and proper functionality, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Website & Information Management: Manage the Academy's website content, ensuring that all information about courses, events, and resources is up to date and accurate.
- Event Evaluation: Evaluate the success of Academy events through feedback collection, data analysis, and post-event reporting.
- Teacher-Teacher & Assistant Communication: Act as a point of contact between the Academy's instructors, their assistants, and the management team, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Branding Compliance: Monitor the adherence to the Academy’s branding guidelines, actively engaging with teams to ensure alignment with the brand’s vision and identity.
- Support for the Academy Director: Provide administrative and organizational support to the Academy manager in the planning and execution of initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration, event coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with managing online platforms and digital communication tools.
- Experience in working with instructors, trainers, or educational programs is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and any relevant ticketing or event management software.
- Knowledge of branding guidelines and marketing principles is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
