Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.

Przesieka is famous from the vice documentary with Wim. The place is surrounded by beautiful nature and close to the water and to the mountains. We are staying here in a big cozy house with a maximum of 14 participants. The house is simple, with a zen feel and a great mediation room.
