Practicing the Wim Hof Method is a perfect compliment to my life in the Rocky Mountains of Canada where I surf in glacier rivers, snowboard, practise yoga, and play outside as much as possible.

The Method has helped me to keep my immunity strong while treating patients in my acupuncture clinic. I am delighted to be teaching these powerful and transformative techniques to awaken the inner power in each of us physically, mentally and spiritually. I am currently offering monthly Fundamentals workshops in Cochrane and Canmore, Alberta, and occasionally in Golden, B.C.

 I am also available for private parties, cooperate bookings, and retreat workshops.  (minimum 5 participants).
