We believe a Happy, Strong, and Healthy life should be available to everyone. For the Academic Year 2026, the Wim Hof Method Academy will provide financial support to two talented candidates who are economically disadvantaged or from a financially-developing nation.

FAQ — Before your journey
To qualify for the Wim Hof Method Academy program, you must have at least two years of teaching, coaching, or similar experience. An official degree is not required, but you will be asked to demonstrate your ability to confidently and competently guide a group of trainees.
Teaching experience is recommended because it is important to communicate the educative aspects effectively. This skill comes with time and experience teaching others. It is important to help people grow and get the absolute most out of themselves. Therefore, two years of relevant experience is a guideline. Teaching skills is also part of the evaluation that will take place. Eventually, it’s up to you whether you consider yourself capable of motivating and educating others.
Yes! However, the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Video Course must be completed under the same account used to register for the Instructor Video Course. You can purchase it when signing up for more information. We strongly recommend reaching at least Week 6 of the Fundamentals Course before starting the Instructor Video Course.
No, the 10-week video course cannot be used as a substitute for the Fundamentals Course.
No, this is not the same. Advanced workshops by instructors are great for seasoned practitioners in the method, who want to deepen their knowledge and skill. Module II on the other hand is provided by Innerfire and specifically designed for people who want to teach this method. Participating in an advanced workshop by an instructor cannot be substituted for participating in the Module II of the Academy trajectory.

Yes, this is possible! After purchasing the Instructor Video Course, you will receive an email with instructions to confirm your registration for the Module III week of your choice. Please note that the Master Module should be completed within one year after starting the Instructor Video Course. Future dates will also be communicated along the way.
Currently, our Master Modules are only organized in Poland, Mexico and Australia. The in-person evaluation of your Instructors’ abilities is a vital part of the process, which can not be replaced by anything online. The Master Module is an adventure. Connecting with fellow students and nature is beautiful and participants experience real growth.
Yes, you must organize the workshops yourself. This includes arranging a workshop venue and ice bath. The workshops are listed on the Wim Hof Method platform where participants can sign up. You will also have access to our official Instructors’ Library, full of workshop material. (Posters, flyers, presentations, latest scientific research, and much more!)
The Wim Hof Method Academy provides a structured pathway for Wim Hof Method instructors to deepen their expertise, refine their skills, and expand their impact. There are three distinct Wim Hof Method Instructor pathways:
Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Instructor
Certified Wim Hof Method Instructors who have successfully completed Module I, Module II, and Module III (Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Instructor Training). These instructors embody a deep understanding of the Wim Hof Method’s core principles - breathing exercises, cold exposure and mindset techniques—allowing them to guide others through the foundational practices with confidence and clarity. Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Instructors gain access to the Wim Hof Method Instructor Toolkit & Library, which includes up-to-date materials, manuals, a promotion package, and more! They can also post their events in Wim Hof Method social media groups and use the Certified Instructor logo on their website.
