BACKGROUND:
As an entrepreneur, I have been leading and coaching individuals and teams for over 15 years. I am always seeking new tools and resources to inspire high level performance and accountability in others. As an athlete all my life I have always stretched my limits in training and competition to truly understand what I am capable of, and more than that, what the human body is capable of.
More recently, I found myself exploring the connection between the Mind, Body and Spirit and taking a more introspective look at who I am, why I am here and how that affects the people and the environment around me. I have learned and utilized different meditation and breathing practices, native and indigenous ceremonies and I found that The Wim Hof Method provides me with a simple and effective daily practice that is good for my health, makes me feel great and opens that door for internal reflection and mindfulness. It continues to expand my curiosity of our human physiology and advancing the threshold of our conscious and subconscious limitations.
The 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathwork - Cold Exposure - Mindset are the simplest and most effective process for people from different ages and all walks of life to experience a physiological, mental and/or spiritual shift that improves their lives.
In a safe and enjoyable environment I will lead you through the breathwork and ice bath to experience their deep and pervasive benefits. I will explain the science and show you the process of how to implement this practice into your daily routine so you are able to live happier, stronger and healthier lives.
