My passion for WHM began when I attended a Winter Expidition with Wim in 2023. Having never done even an ice bath before the impact of that experience was incredibly deep. I continued to practice upon my return to the states and have continued since.

Friends and family saw the profound change in me and asked if I could show them how to practice the method. After introducing dozens of individuals to the practice I got repeated feedback that I would make a great instructor.

The reward of not only practicing myself but also immense gratification experienced when showing others the tools to heal themselves lead me to seeking certification, and ultimately the greatest passion found thus far in my life. 

From developing wilderness programs for adolescents to managing large scale projects at Burning Man I've relentlessly pursued the title of 'Polymath' with a passion. I've trained in Wilderness Medicine, and Tactical Tracking Operations, compete as an 'American Ninja Warrior'-style obstacle course racing athlete, and have a proclivity to enjoy nature through mountaineering, canyoneering, climbing, and overlanding to name a few.
