I was born and raised in a quiet town in Northern Italy near Lake Iseo and the Italian Alps so my love for nature and the outdoors has always been inherent to my DNA. I am a former skier and runner and in 2007 I moved from Italy to the US. Passionate for food and wellbeing, my work focuses on creating healthy eating habits and balanced menus for companies, schools and individuals.
I discovered Wim Hof and his method in 2017 by pure coincidence. Since then I have been a committed Wim Hof Method practitioner. Committing to the Wim Hof Method reconnected me with myself, helped me find balance and made me realize how strong I am both physically and mentally.
The Wim Hof Method is embedded in my way of life. The results for my state of mind are increased positive attitude, more energy and stress release. I am happier, healthier and stronger!
My decision to be a certified Wim Hof Instructor was just a natural step and I am just as passionate about sharing his philosophy and science based methods to all. I am certain everyone has a lot to gain and nothing to lose regardless of age or ability. Committing to the Wim Hof Method and practicing his 3 simple pillars drastically changed my life and I am convinced it will change yours.

Sono nato e cresciuto in Val Camonica sul lago d’Iseo e l’amore per la natura e la vita all’aperto hanno sempre fatto parte del mio DNA. Sono un ex sciatore e fervente sportivo e nel 2007 mi sono trasferito dall’Italia agli Stati Uniti. Appassionato di cibo e benessere, il mio lavoro è creare abitudini alimentari sane e bilanciate per aziende, scuole e privati.
Ho scoperto Wim Hof e il suo metodo nel 2017, per pura coincidenza, e da allora sono un assiduo praticante. Praticarlo quotidianamente mi ha aiutato a connettermi profondamente con me stesso, trovare equilibrio e capire pienamente la mia forza sia fisica sia mentale.
Il metodo WIM HOF è diventato parte integrante della mia vita, ha accresciuto positività, energia e capacità di gestire/rilasciare lo stress, rendendomi una persona più felice, più sana e più forte.
La mia decisione di diventare un istruttore certificato è stata un passo naturale: mi appassiona infatti la possibilità di condividere con tutti la sua filosofia e il suo metodo, che poggia su basi scientifiche.
Sono convinto del beneficio che il metodo Wim Hof può portare ad ogni persona, indipendentemente dall’età e dalle capacità di ciascuno.
La pratica quotidiana del metodo Wim Hof e la pratica dei suoi tre pilastri ha cambiato drasticamente la mia vita e sono sicuro che cambierà anche la tua.
