I spent 20 years in banking and finance in London working with clients that are household names across the world. I know first hand what life has become for many and the stresses that come with it. When things no longer felt right, I made the personal choice to leave London and move with my family to a remote village in the forests of Northern Sweden. Re-integrating ourselve into and rebasing our lives on Nature has been transformative for the better. 

Our workshops, weekends and retreats are designed on the basis of "we all can't live in Nature, but we can live more naturally", so we try to share with you the skills you need to live your best, natural life.
