As a human, as an entrepreneur, as a WHM instructor, I experience daily the effects that breathing exercises, cold exposure, physical activity, mindset, and silence have on me. Applying the simplicity of the 3 pillars of the WHM, provide space and attention to connect, utilize the spectrum of 'personal capacity,' and understand how you can be in the moment, regardless of the situation (environment or feeling) in which you find yourself.
