Life's journey brought me where I am right now, proudly part of the Wim Hof Method family.

An evolutionary journey that led me to Poland back in 2023, joining the WHM Winter Expedition. 

Right there I had my first ice-bath experience, practiced the breathing techniques of the WHM & realized where I really belong.

In a blink, I realized that the WHM community is a true family. An awakening moment.

Since that moment, I have been practicing the WHM back to back all around Europe, in France, the Netherlands, in Spain & Poland.

My vision is now clear, as an official instructor, I am spreading the Wim Hof Method all over Greece.

Practicing the WHM we are celebrating life, rembering our true potentials , going back to our roots , back to Mother Nature , where all of us belong.

We can all be Happy, Strong & Healthy !
