Amy Pysden lives in a spectacular location off the rugged coastline of South Australia on an island populated with native wildlife- "Kangaroo Island". Running workshops and retreats on her property, she offers unique Wim Hof Method experiences immersed in nature; bare feet in the moss, tuning the 5 senses into the natural world and interacting with the local wildlife.
