"The Cold, My Warm Friend" – Wim Hof
In college, between work, camps, and music gigs, nature was my passion, shaping my character. Then, one day, watching TV, Wim Hof's incredible marathon in Lapland, half-naked and in sandals, left me astounded.
From that moment, my thirst for knowledge and practice grew. In 2016, I embarked on a life-changing journey with the Wim Hof Method (WHM) expedition in Poland, guided by Wim himself. It was then that I decided to share this invaluable knowledge with the world.
I formed a profound connection with Wim, inspiring me to work on myself even more. I healed injuries, enhanced my well-being, and integrated the WHM into my personal expeditions across the globe, from the Himalayas in India to the United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, Hungary, Finland, South Africa, and beyond. In the realm of sports, it elevated my physical endurance and strength to new heights.
Today, I'm proud to bring the WHM approach to the Middle East, beginning in my homeland, Lebanon, and extending to the United Arab Emirates. Notably, I'm the first in the MENA region to achieve certification in the Wim Hof Method. Additionally, my dedication led me to become a Level 3 Instructor, teaching at the Academy for future instructors, further enriching the global WHM community. My ultimate vision is to share this beautiful and life-transforming method with individuals worldwide, from Lebanon, the UAE, Jordan, and KSA to Iceland, Poland, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, India, and many more destinations on the horizon.
As a filmmaker and lifelong musician, I seamlessly blend these skills with my newfound passion. Enriching our group sessions with harmonious sounds amplifies our collective energy. My role as a survival instructor keeps me deeply connected to nature, an endless source of inspiration. I continually seek natural settings for sound therapy, yoga, mindfulness, and physical strength training.
In my workshops, I add my personal touch and share the skills and experiences gained through WHM, creating lasting memories.
