I’m here to share my knowledge and experiences with those seeking better health outcomes through the Wim Hof Method - which is based on three pillars; all natural elements: our breath, the cold, and our mindset.
After struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression for years due to a health issue, I found healing through the Wim Hof Method. It restored my sense of self, well-being, purpose, and energy. Not long after discovering the method, I decided I wanted to become an instructor so I could connect with others, share what I’ve learned, and support anyone who’s looking to find deeper peace and happiness.
I truly believe the Wim Hof Method can be a catalyst for change — I’ve experienced it firsthand, and I’ve also witnessed the profound impact it’s had on many others.
Outside of the method, you’ll likely find me immersed in music, films, reading, or spending time with the people I care about most.
The Wim Hof Method is simple, yet powerful. Breathwork, cold therapy, and mindset are each impactful on their own — but when combined, and practiced consistently, correctly, and most importantly, safely, they lay the foundation for a happier, healthier, and stronger life.
My mission is to share what I’ve learned through my own experience and to support anyone who’s looking to reconnect with themselves and find peace and happiness.
