Me and my background
I am Björn, a 45 years old Swedish Wim Hof method instructor from Kalmar, south east part of Sweden Training and nutrition has been my true passion for as long as I can remember, but it was not my profession until recently.
After going through fatigue syndrome myself few years back due to an all too hectic 20+ years in IT project management business I discovered the amazing healing and energizing effects of the Wim Hof method. Beside getting my energy back and reducing stress I also quickly discovered my asthma symptoms disappeared and my problem with cold white fingers during winter times completely disappeared. Today I don't even need gloves when playing in the snow with my son
I also came to realize I truly love to inspire others towards better health both physically and mentally. I decided to embark on the journey toward a new career to be a health coach and become a certified Wim Hof instructor. I am convinced that anyone can take back control over their health just like I did, and am super excited to assist you in your own journey.
Is it really true that you can easily but drastically improve your overall health just by simple changes in your breathing habits. Yes! But I was myself honestly speaking provoked when I first heard 10 years back from a friend that it is really important how you breathe. I was thinking, I already daily in much detail and effort consider both training and my nutrition. Omg, Do I need to think about each breath as well?! No worry, once you have the knowledge about frew simple things to consider, and pretty quickly get into new autonomous bodily habits, well then it is all on autopilot again. Well, it is not at all that complicated, just a pity I waited another 8 years myself to realize the power of the breath
Btw,did you know in english my name Björn means “bear”, so after discovering the healing effects of the cold I guess you can call me “polarBear”. ;)
My Activities and Services
My activities and workshops will usually be held in Swedish, but occasionally in English as well.
My plan of activities to offer you will be both to organize Wim Hof Fundamental workshops and breathing classes as well as individual sessions and make use of my combined life experiences of athletic training and overcoming fatigue syndrome.
