I've been an athlete my entire life. I ran Division I Track & Field at Sacred Heart University. The events on September 11th, 2001 led to my decision to become a Marine Corps Officer. Shortly into my career, I sustained a significant spine injury. I've endured countless surgeries and broken bones. Despite all of that, I only use the WHM for my pain management. One of my resposibilites in the Marines was as a writer for the head General in the Corps. I composed condolence letters on behalf of the entire Marine Corps. Any time a Marine sacrificed his or her life, it was my job to compose the letters sent to their loved ones. That experience took an extreme emotional toll on me. I now speak openly about my experiences to help others overcome anything that may be holding them back from being the best version of themselves. I have overcome PTSD, depression, pain, anxiety and addiction by regaining control of my mindset using the WHM. For many years, I have been studying anatomy, physiology, health, neuroscience, psychology, anthropology, yoga, meditation and various esoteric disciplines. It is now my mission to help others learn how to rewire their brains to become physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually; happy, healthy and strong.
