in 2022, i purchased a yoga studio, in dallas, tx. it was a lot of sleepless nights, learning a new business, and getting to know an established community. we introduced cold exposure in the fall of 2022, and by february of 2023, we rebranded the space and have slowly transitioned to a holistic wellness studio. the tranquility and clarity that I unlocked through the Wim Hoff method gave me the strength to stay the course. 

Haven is now expanding. we are adding additional practice space, saunas, and additional cold plunges. the Wim Hoff method is integral to our community alongside yoga, meditation, strength training, and various cutting-edge recovery modalities. 

i found Wim Hof during a tough year of personal changes + challenges. consistent practice empowered me to remain calm and focused under pressure. I was given a new key to a power that I always had, and it’s a joy to share it with others. I weave the method into my yoga classes, guided meditations, and Haven’s cold plunge offerings.  

as a small business owner, yogi, and advocate for holistic wellness, I strive to share tools that support balance, resilience, and inner peace, with practices that have changed my life. I like my steak medium rare, nights cold, and hugging my friends for at least 20 seconds.
