El Método de Wim Hof ha sido la mejor y más efectiva herramienta que yo he encontrado para conectar conmigo de una forma profunda y para tomar responsabilidad y acciones para vivir una vida plena, ligera y de la que me siento orgullosa.
Confiar en mí misma y sentir que soy suficiente ha sido siempre mi mayor reto y algo en lo que sigo trabajando todos los días. El WHM me ha ayudado a conectar con mi cuerpo, con el poder que existe dentro de mí y a reconstruir la confianza en mi misma. Esto me ha permitido encontrar la fortaleza en mí para atreverme a salir de lo cómodo, a hacer cosas que nunca me creí capaz y sentirme realmente feliz hoy con quien soy y lo que hago.
Me ha enseñado la importancia de la respiración y a que cuando nos rendimos ante las circunstancias de la vida entonces podemos aceptar, vivir y disfrutar plenamente lo que hoy hay y lo que hoy es, viviendo realmente en el momento presente.
Por otro lado, y aunque no fue la razón por la que empecé a practicarlo, esta herramienta resultó ser la cura para mi psoriasis, una enfermedad auto inmune de la piel que tengo desde 2016. Desde que empecé a practicar el método no tuve ninguna roncha por 2 años. Sin embargo, el año pasado tuve el brote de psoriasis más fuerte que he tenido y también logré quitarme todas las ronchas solo practicando el método. Esto es solo un recordatorio que el WHM realmente funciona, que estamos en control sobre nuestro cuerpo y nuestra salud más de lo que imaginamos.
Una de las cosas que más me apasionan en la vida son los encuentros y las conexiones humanas, por eso uno de los aspectos que más me gustan y más disfruto de esto es la comunidad que se genera. Esta herramienta me ha permitido conocer gente maravillosa, creando conexiones realmente profundas. Una de esas personas es Fer, juntas creamos un círculo de mujeres que ya practicaban el método. Fue tal la magia que surgió en estos encuentros y las personas que querían unirse que decidimos certificarnos para poder compartirlo con más gente de una forma profunda y segura.
Creo que todos tenemos la capacidad de resolver nuestra propia vida, que la receta está dentro de nosotros y que es más simple de lo que imaginamos. Por eso comparto esto, porque creo que esta herramienta puede transformarte para vivir de una forma mas profunda, divertida, ligera y plena.

The Wim Hof Method has been the best and most effective tool I have found to connect deeply with myself and to take responsibility and actions to have a fulfilling and light life, one that I feel proud of.
Trusting myself and feeling that I am enough has always been my biggest challenge and something I continue to work on every day. The WHM has helped me connect with my body, with the power that exists within me, and to rebuild the confidence in myself. This has allowed me to find the strength within me to dare to step out of my comfort zone, to do things that I never thought I was capable of, and to truly feel happy today with who I am and what I do.
It has taught me the importance of breathing and that when we surrender to the circumstances of life, then we can fully accept, live, and enjoy what it is and what we have today, living truly in the present moment.
On the other hand, and although it wasn't the reason why I started practicing it, this tool turned out to be the cure for my psoriasis, an autoimmune skin disease that I have since 2016. Since I started practicing the method, I didn't have any rash for 2 years. However, last year (2022) I had the strongest psoriasis outbreak I've ever had and also managed to get rid of all the rashes just by practicing the method. This is just a reminder that the WHM really works, that we are in control of our body and health more than we imagine.
One of the things that I am most passionate about in life is human encounters and connections, which is why one of the aspects that I like and enjoy the most is the community that is generated around this. This tool has allowed me to meet wonderful people, creating truly deep connections. One of those people is Fer, together we created a woman’s circle who were already practicing the method. The magic that arose in these encounters and the people who wanted to join us was such that we decided to get certifed to be able to share this with more people in a deep and safe way.
I believe that we all have the ability to solve our own lives, that the recipe is within us and that it is simpler than we imagine. That's why I share this, because I believe that this tool can transform you to live in a deeper, more fun, light, and fulfilling way.
