Hello. I'm Cat, a Level 2 Wim Hof Method (WHM) Instructor passionate about helping people tap into their inner strength and safely hold space for all the method's pillars. In addition to WHM, I'm an advanced rapid transformational therapist (RTT), master NLP practitioner, clinical hypnotherapist, mindfulness, meditation, and embodied breathwork teacher.

My journey with the Wim Hof Method has helped me overcome a severe chronic illness, conquer my fear of the cold, and even cure my Raynaud's. What was once my enemy has become a great teacher and friend, transforming my life in ways I never imagined.

I specialise in performance, mental or physical, dealing with performance anxiety, trauma, sleep, and depression, using WHM techniques to calm the mind and reconnect with the body. Whether supporting athletes, actors, or corporate teams, I aim to empower people to find balance and thrive.

I've hosted retreats in the UK and Majorca, combining breathwork, cold exposure, meditation, and healing with mindfulness teachings. The Wim Hof Method is a simple yet powerful tool for grounding yourself, unleashing your potential, and meeting life's challenges head-on.
