Instructor Level
As a qualified school teacher and Wim Hof Method Instructor, Christina has been devoted to empowering the world through knowledge. Her kind, energetic and empathetic nature transpires in her way of teaching. Through her teaching and volunteer conservation work, her mission is to better the world for humans, for animals, and to protect the environment.
By putting others first and failing to set boundaries, she has suffered from anxiety and an occupational burnout. In June of 2019, stress weakened her immune system to the point where she fell ill with a pneumonia. While searching for ways to better her mental and physical health, she discovered the Wim Hof Method; a scientifically proven way to improve wellbeing through breathwork, cold exposure and mindset.
Her first breathwork session was transformative, in that she had never experienced anything which provided instant calmness. As a result, she was compelled to know more, so she immersed herself in documentaries, interviews, studies and podcasts on the topic. She soon changed her paradigm regarding cold exposure, and in combining cold and breathwork, she experienced a calm and euphoric state. From this moment on, she couldn’t refrain from telling every friend and colleague about this free and powerful medicine.
On November 6th 2019, after learning her best friend was losing her battle with anxiety and depression, she signed up to become a Wim Hof Method instructor. By gaining more knowledge and credibility, she had hoped to not only heal her friends and family, but to help heal her community.
The method has gifted Christina with a newfound purpose, and she fulfils her quest to better the lives of others through group workshops and 1-1 sessions.
