Hey, my name is Dagna. I have been an avid practitioner of the method for over past 4 years, however, when I joined my first Winter Expedition in Poland in January 2023, I understood, that this is the exact path I want to follow. I set my mind on becoming an Instructor. Last year I attended as many Wim Hof events as I possibly could, seeing Wim numerous times not only in Poland but also at his Base Camp in the Netherlands, and furthermore training with his protege and a superb instructor, Leandre Omeir, or as Wim calls him - The Iceboy. Learning from the best, deepening my knowledge and skills with every practice. Apart from hosting my workshops in the UK as well as in Poland, I have also had a massive honour of assisting Leandre with the Wim Hof Center France expeditions.

Through the method not only have I managed to say goodbye to my health issues, but also overcame deeply rooted traumas. Shedded layers of conditioning. What's not to love? Why not share it with others?

As Wim says, we should all be Happy, Strong and Healthy. I truly believe, that this is our optimal state and is easily achievable through this practice.
