Hey, my name is Dagna. I have been an avid practitioner of the method for over past 4 years, however, when I joined my first Winter Expedition in Poland in January 2023, I understood, that this is the exact path I want to follow. I set my mind on becoming an Instructor. Last year I attended as many Wim Hof events as I possibly could, seeing Wim numerous times not only in Poland but also at his Base Camp in the Netherlands, and furthermore training with his protege and a superb instructor, Leandre Omeir, or as Wim calls him - The Iceboy. Learning from the best, deepening my knowledge and skills with every practice. Having become an instructor this year, I cannot wait to have you join my workshops.

Through the method not only have I managed to say goodbye to my health issues, but also overcame deeply rooted traumas. What's not to love? Why not share it with others?

As Wim says, we should all be Happy, Strong and Healthy. I truly believe, that this is our optimal state and is easily achievable through this practice.
