Hey, my name is Dagna. I have been an avid practitioner of the method for over past 5 years, however, when I joined my first Winter Expedition in Poland in January 2023, I understood, that this is the exact path I want to follow. I set my mind on becoming an Instructor. Ever since then, I attended as many Wim Hof events as I possibly could, seeing Wim numerous times not only in Poland but also at his Base Camp in the Netherlands, and furthermore training with his protege and a superb instructor, Leandre Omeir, or as Wim calls him - The Iceboy. Learning from the best, deepening my knowledge and skills with every practice. After becoming an official instructor in May 2024, hosting my workshops in the UK as well as in Poland, I have also had a massive honour of assisting Wim with his official weekend event in Stroe. I've also had the priviledge of co-hosting expeditions at the official WHM Center France nested in the rural sanctuary of the French Alps.

Through the method not only have I managed to say goodbye to my health issues, but also overcame deeply rooted traumas. Shedded layers of conditioning. What's not to love? Why not share it with others?

As Wim says, we should all be Happy, Strong and Healthy.
I truly believe, that this is our optimal state and is easily achievable through this practice.
