Hi, I’m Dalit, a certified Wim Hof instructor and Yoga teacher. I stumbled upon the Wim Hof Method by chance when I was invited to a birthday party that turned out to be a Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop. At that time, I had been dealing with an injury for 12 years, leaving me unable to work with my body, let alone practice yoga. I didnt know it back then, but that day changed everything. After the workshop, I could feel my body again. Nothing about the experience was easy, but for the first time in many years, I didn't feel numb, I felt like I was out of my comfort zone, and it felt so good. One thing led to another, and I found myself practicing the method regularly. I simply loved how it made me feel. Fast forward a few months later, I realized my injury and the pain it brought was no longer bothering me, and I could work with my body again. That took me back to practicing yoga, then back to teaching, and eventually led me to also become a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor. Passing this knowledge to others was simply the reasonable thing to do.
There are many methods out there, but what sets the Wim Hof Method apart for me is its reliance on the most natural elements in nature: air, water, and the human mind, to bring our bodies and minds to their optimal state. It is preventive medicine at its best and much more. It's taking your health and happiness into your own hands
