A little about me, After an almost fatal car accident in 2004, I woke up after a few days in the hospital's intensive care unit and my orthopedic surgeon told me I was lucky to be alive, however, due to my extensive multiple compound fractures, I would be lucky to be able to walk in soft sand or get in and out of a soft chair? Do I listen to him or prove him wrong? Today, I'm able to run a marathon, in soft sand if need be! Its all about the mindset!......

I'm from Sydney, Australian originally, now living in Stockholm, Sweden for the last 13 years and I absolutely LOVE the cold! I was always that crazy Aussie guy that loves the snow, ice, cold and seldom wear's a jacket!

When I came across Wim Hof back in 2015, I started to follow his story. It resonated with me deeply, the penny dropped and I now know exactly how I was getting all my energy all these cold years, mindset is everything, once you own it, you can do anything!
