I am Dan, a Certified Wim Hof Method ® Instructor, offering workshops & classes in Sussex and Hamphire, and I'm a happier, healthier and stronger individual than ever before, all thanks to the 3 simple pillars of the Wim Hof Method which I practice daily – I promise you, if you too join the ride, you won’t look back!
After having to stop work to receive treatment for a serious illness in my late 30’s and a compromised immune system as a result, I got stuck back on the corporate hamster-wheel for the next 20yrs – travelling the world, working too hard and too late and ended up burnt out, stressed out and suffering from the long lasting effects of a Covid infection; I desperately wanted to find a non-pharmaceutical solution to recover from the chronic fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, severe headaches and nerve failure which took me from a senior job role running at 100mph to zero, almost overnight.
Some months ago, my best friend introduced me to a book he had just read by a Viking-like character called Wim Hof and suggested I take a look. that is where it all started, and the stars began to align.
The sense of well-being, happiness, strength, and power that I have been given back as a result of my own daily practice of the Wim Hof Method breathwork and cold exposure – all with a positive mindset - has given me the confidence to make a life-changing decision and leave my 30+ years in the corporate world and become a Wim Hof Method Instructor, so I can lead the way in helping others.
To feel strong, both physically and mentally, healthy and happy is something we all deserve in life, and I can equip you with the tools to take away to help you achieve this whilst becoming more resilient to stress and anxiety. There is a bunch of health benefits too, what is not to love?!
Teaching the Wim Hof Method has become my mission and I intend to spend the remainder of my working life helping others like you in a safe and memorable environment.
