For me, the Wim Hof Method was that key. I now want to bring it to as many people as possible. I've lost count of how many beautiful people have been transformed by the extraordinary experiences this method brings.

The same principles you apply to getting into the ice can be used on the stresses you face in life.
Doing a group breathing session and getting in the ice is an exhilarating experience, but my main aim is that you'll learn how to apply these simple techniques in your everyday life.
Learn about the method and the science behind it
You'll get a good understanding of the fundamental pillars of the Wim Hof Method, as well as some of its history (and of its remarkable founder!).
You'll also have a basic grasp of the reserach and science behind the method, and why and how it impacts the the body and mind in such powerful ways.
Ice, baby!
Obvioulsy you'll get a chance to soak in an ice tub. I'll take you through the steps, and be right next to you coaching you the entire time. You'll be completely safe, and only go as far as your body tells you to.

Mostly, I'm someone who's thrilled to be alive!
I'm an Italian citizen who was born in South America, and brought up all over the place.
Come to think of it, having spent most of my formative years surfing in tropical climates, I might've laughed if you'd told me then that, one day, soaking in ice would be my idea of a good time!
My colourful upbringing provided me with a rather unique life experience, being exposed to many cultures, languages, and worldviews.
I became a Behavioural Analyst because I'm fascinated by human nature; I studied Philosophy and Religion because they help explain who we are.
I've spent most my life exploring ways of living a happy, meaningful life. I've practiced meditation for most of my adult life.
Life happens, and I ended up in the corporate world, within the field of behavioural research.
Little by little, as I learned about myself I moved closer to who I really am. Wim's method, played a major part in this. As I went deeper into myself, I became aware of the ways subconscious fear was holding me back.
Ended up leaving my stable career to pursue what I love. And I now live in a tiny house that I and my insanely creative partner built!
I went on to found The Breathing Hub as a place where people from all walks of life can stop and take a moment of reflection, focus on their breath, and go deeper within themselves.
