David Booth
Level 1
Training Specialty:
Breathwork Facilitation, Wilderness Medicine
Flagstaff, AZ, USA
Ex-tech entrepreneur, passionate about sharing breath and the Wim Hof Method as a means to connect people to their best selves.
Instructor Level
David is joyfully in the midst of a "second mountain," after exiting many years as a successful technology entreprenuer.
He accidentally discovered breathwork, and his scientific curiosity led him to the pursuit of a year-long training as a Breathwork Facilitator (Breathing Space, Global Professional Breathwork Alliance). During this training, he was introduced to the Wim Hof Method as one of the many techniques studied.
David was intrigued, and began practicing the Wim Hof Method (WHM), incorporating cold exposure and mindset training into his practice, delving deep into the physiology and pathology that the WHM has so famously rigorously explored.
After a year of practicing the WHM, he attended a Winter Expedition, and he returned to Poland a year later to complete his WHM Instructor training.
David is currently active as a Wilderness First Responder in Coconino County Search and Rescue and pursuing his (wilderness) EMT certification. His passion for breathwork and the Wim Hof Method inspires his need to share these practices with his community and relentlessly learn and grow in the spirit of science and development.
