Hi, I am Deborah, world traveler, mom, wellness practitioner, lover of saunas and fireside chats, forest bathing, kayaking and the amazing human body. In 2019 my research led me to the "IceMan". I was captivated by Wim's story. After taking my first cold plunge, I knew there was a lot more to learn and enrolled in The Wim Hof Method Academy.
Experiencing an ice bath in the Pyrenees under the tutelage of WHM Senior Instructors with an international group of strangers was mind bending.
As a licensed massage therapist, I currently provide treatments in a dozen modalities as well as teaching the next generation of therapists at the massage academy.

Breaking the mold with love and power, The Wim Hof Method has the ability to change the dynamic, alter the course of learning. I've been looking for a modality that would offer deep, fundamental, and lasting results.
My personal journey of listening to my breath and body has provided me with immense respect for the incredible creation that I am and the power that my breath holds. Power to break through all our old tapes and stress response patterns.
