I made it up to Uhuru Peak, Kilimanjaro, in 46 hours on 24th Oct 2024 with an amazing group of women! Reaching the peak was not for personal glory, but for a greater purpose: to bring hope to an orphanage in Moshi and inspire & motivate women around the world. This journey is a powerful reminder that we are capable of so much more than we believe! It stands as a testament to the strength and resilience within each one of us, reflecting our innate power!
Über mich
Vor über 15 Jahren begann meine Suche nach natürlichen Wegen, Entzündungen zu lindern, da Angehörige und gute Freunde an Krebs, Diabetes II, Colitis, Gewichtsproblemen, Ängsten und Stress litten. Deshalb zertifizierte ich mich als Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC*) und entdeckte später die Wim Hof Methode (WHM), die wissenschaftlich nachweislich Entzündungen reduziert – die Antwort auf meine Suche!
Meine erste Begegnung mit der WHM? Volle Wirkung! Ich war müde, unmotiviert, buchstäblich erschöpft und mit einem endlosen Gedankenkarussell…; und dann kam die ATMUNG… Stille… Es war ein deutliches Erlebnis: STOP – RECHARGE – REBOOT!
Atmung / Kälte / Mindset: Jede Säule der Methode ist ein Tanz mit mir selbst, meiner Seele und den Elementen. Ein Tanz mit der Natur und den Widrigkeiten. Ein Gefühl der Verbundenheit und Leichtigkeit kombiniert mit erhöhter Belastbarkeit, Entschlossenheit und gesteigerter Vitalität.

Was ich als WHM-Trainerin erlebe ist, wie sie Menschen stärken kann, ihre positive Wirkung auf Körper und Geist, wie sie Transformation ermöglicht: von Widerstand zu Wachstum, von Angst zu Zuversicht, von Panik zu Ruhe ... so aufbauend! Es ist eine Freude dies an Andere weiterzugeben!

About me
My journey started long ago searching for natural means to reduce inflammation in the body, since many of my most loved ones were confronted with cancer, diabetes II, colitis, fears, weight & stress issues among others. This took me to certify as a Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC*) and not long after I found the Wim Hof Method (WHM). The science behind it especially regarding inflammation, the answer to my quest!
My first encounter with the WHM? Total impact! I was tired, unmotivated, literally exhausted, with an endless chatter in my head… and then came the BREATH…stillness… It was a clear and loud experience: STOP – RECHARGE – REBOOT!
Breath / Cold / Mind Set: Each pillar of the Method a dance with myself, my soul, the elements, a dance with nature, with adversity. A feeling of connectedness and lightness combined with increased resilience, determination, and more vitality.

What I see as a WHM Instructor is the enhancing effect it has on the state of being, it’s positive impact on body and mind, allowing transformation: from resistance to growth, from fear to confidence, from panic to calmness… so empowering! It is a joy to pass this on to others!

Inicié este viaje hace mucho tiempo en busca de vías naturales para reducir inflamación en el cuerpo ya que muchos de mis seres más queridos sufrían de cáncer, diabetes II, colitis, problemas de peso, ansiedad y estrés, entre otros. Esto me llevó a certificarme como Coach de Salud y Bienestar (NBC-HWC*) y no mucho después descubrí el Método Wim Hof (WHM). ¡La ciencia detrás especialmente con respecto a inflamación, la respuesta a mi búsqueda!
¿Mi primer encuentro con el método? ¡Impacto total! Venía cansada, desmotivada, literalmente agotada y con un incesante parloteo mental… y entonces llegó la RESPIRACIÓN… silencio…Fue una experiencia muy clara: ¡ALTO – RECARGA – REINICIA!
Respiración / Frío / Mindset: Cada pilar del Método un baile íntimo, conmigo, con mi alma, los elementos, una danza con la naturaleza, con la adversidad... una sensación de conexión y ligereza combinada con un aumento en resiliencia, determinación y mayor vitalidad.

Como instructora del método veo como fortalece a las personas, su impacto positivo en cuerpo y mente, permitiendo la transformación: de la resistencia al crecimiento, del miedo a la confianza, del pánico a la calma… ¡Tan vigorizante! ¡Es una alegría compartirlo con otros!
