I’m a Budokon Mixed Movement Arts Professor and an Integrative Living Coach based in Miami, and now happy and honored to be the first certified WHM Instructor in the area.

I am passionate about movement (Yoga, Martial Arts, Mobility, Animal Locomotion), meditation, and helping people through coaching, based on the Integrative Living Model.

Since I was little my main curiosity has been understanding how things work, which drove to to study Engineering. I use that systematic way of dissecting processes to understand the human experience, and how to live it better. I share my work in lectures, workshops and regular weekly classes in Miami.

I started my WHM training because a friend recommended it to me and I was instantly humbled by the power of breath and ice. Nothing I have done before, even after almost 2 decades of Yoga/Martial Arts training had shown me what this did. So, I dediced to go deeper... and it has brought such a deep understanding to what real control of your body means. And it feels amazing!

So, here we are many years (and Ice Baths) after, honored and excited about the opportunity to share this method with everyone!
