-Doug was introduced to the WHM by his Son when he had a very serious Auto Immune disorder. After just a few months of praticing the WHM he was free of all symptoms. He has taken the method to a new level of fitness for him and is now a well known "Senior Athlete" Doug has been an insperation to hundreds of people and give workshops regularly in Carmel where he lives.
