I studied Zoology and Marine biology at university. I love the great outdoors and its natural beauty.  I'm a quaified biology teacher and open water swimming coach.  

in my own life, my family has endured personal tragedy through the suicide of my brother. This led me to raise money for and awareness of bi-polar and mental health. Taking care of my own mental wellbeing was never more important when I was made redundant in 2015. I felt worthless in myself and I care passionately about people finding their own strength to pursue individual dreams and goals. 

I use WHM to help people reconnect, develop a greater understanding and awareness of our place in the natural world. This helps us all to find peace and harmony within ourselves in an ever busier world.
