Living authentically - I thought I did until I heard Wim Hof on a podcast. His story resonated with me, especially that there is more to the Wim Hof Method (WHM) than ice and breaking world records. Science, Wim Hof’s story and gut feeling drew me in. For me WHM has become a vessel to allow myself to truly connect within.
Applying the simplicity of the 3 pillars of the WHM, this new inner balance has taken me to walk in shorts The Camino de Santiago in winter, run my first Marathon and weeks later Ultra Marathon both in the Lake District National Park without any physical training. It has also allowed me to reflect where I have compromised myself and feel a paradigm shift in life's everyday emotional ups and downs.
I have experienced The Poland Winter Expedition both as a student and as an international instructor as well lead next to Wim in Spain, this has expanded my depth and understanding of the WHM which is about knowing your own body and having conscious control of keeping it strong, happy and healthy. Been a pleasure to train the trainers and guide as a mentor with clear, pure intentions and focus on the goal that is right for you. I'm excited to share this plus more of this powerful method with you and integrate it into your life too.
I live in the Lake District, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the North West of England. Here you can connect with nature in my WHM workshops, 1-1 sessions, retreats and breathing sessions and motivational speaking. I am happy to set up WHM workshops at certain locations throughout the UK and I am willing to teach at private events worldwide, if you can set up a group - I will be there.
