After a severe car injury in 2011, I looked for solutions that did not include bigpharma and in 2015 tried out the Wim Hof Method, as a possible path for painrelief, motivation and mental clarity. With the use of the method, I went through a big change from almost diabled to funktional, "alive and kicking".
As an instructor, and throughout my practise, I have expanded my depth and understanding of the WHMethod. The main focus is about knowing your own body and having conscious control of keeping it strong, happy and healthy. "feeling is believing "
I live in the southern parts of Norway. Both the coast and also in the mountains of Setesdal, where I have a small mountain farm for workshops. Here you stay in geodesic domes at the riverbed, close to nature and mountains.
The valley is A UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Southern mountain part of Norway, called Valle.
At both places you can re-connect with nature in my WHM workshops, 1-1 sessions, retreats and breathing sessions. I also give motivational speaking for groups and companies
I am happy to set up WHM workshops at different locations in Norway and to teach at private events.
