Years ago I worked as pastry chef and I was having health issues due to standing for so many hours, stress, anxiety...

And four years ago I discovered Wim Hof. I fell in love with his authenticity and the passion he deliver. I felt he was talking to me, I had to try this method.

I started watching every documentary, reading and learning about it.

As a good Spanish I have to say that the cold was never appealing for me, but I was desperate to  get better, I had nothing to lose.

I first tried breathwork and cold showers at home with WHM app.

Then I took a Winter travel to Poland with Laura and Isabelle, Wim's daughters.

It changed my life. I do believe we are all stronger than we think, and this is a great way to prove it. Every time you do it you are building evidence for yourself. 

Feeling is understanding, as Wim says, and I encourage you to try it, you have nothing to lose. You got here for a reason. 

It is a dream that I get now to share this amazing method, with other souls like you, to become the strongest, happiest and healthiest version of yourself.
