Nice to meet you, I'm Federico! 

During the pandemic, I have started meditating and practicing the Wim Hof Method, I became passionate about Handpan and in June 2022 I decided to buy my first instrument. 

I continue to study with passion, participating in various international Festivals and Masterclasses, including the Retreat with Malte Marten in July 2023. 

In my center in Rome I accompany my partner Marta in various Yoga sessions, creating an enveloping and meditative atmosphere: the notes of the instrument guide movement and breath, promoting a deep state of relaxation and inner connection.
